Make a film that explores how stories can be building blocks that make us who we are.
Is there a story that is so much a part of you, that if it was taken away, you wouldn't be the same?
What are stories? Books, comics, movies, pictures, photos, memories, events, histories, places, friendships, etc...
What are stories meant to do? Entertain? Teach? Inspire? Warn? Gather? Remember? Honor?
Can a story change someone's mind? Can a story change the world?
It can be fiction or non-fiction, narrative, documentary, or experimental.
Accepted entries can be film, animation, preferably between 1 to 3 minutes in length, but we consider all submissions.
Perhaps a film you made earlier this year falls within this prompt - enter it!
Students competing at the middle school level must be in 6th-8th grade.
Students competing at the high school level must be in 9-12th grade.
